At Michael's Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery. If your plants or garden supplies do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a photo of the item to begin the return process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original nursery pot and packaging, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horticulturists inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
